•⁠  ⁠92% repeat revenue, 26-year operating history, capacity to scale to $20–25M with minimal CAPEX
•⁠  ⁠Enterprise value: $20–23M CAD (cash-free, debt-free); with bank financing in-place

Equity Requirement

• $6 to $7M CAD for 70% post-close, the CEO is rolling equity + co-investing to get to a 30% ownership position. He is committed for another 10-12 years as CEO
