The biggest risk is the lease, which needs to be secured quickly — but beyond that, the growth potential is obvious. Add ecommerce, package gifts for weddings or events, and use TikTok or Instagram to turn the chocolate-making process into content. If you’re looking for a business that’s profitable, fun to operate, and still has room to grow, this one’s worth a serious look.
